BUILDING SUCCESSFUL TEAMS
Any manager who has to achieve high quality results whilst working with others will understand the critical role that teambuilding plays in this process.
It is not uncommon however for successful managers, whilst having participated as a team member on many occasions, to have received little or no training before being asked to set up and manage their own team.
This practical, ‘hands on’, 2 day course has been designed to help people managers develop their skills around areas like building and motivating teams, building self and team confidence, increasing team performance and boosting overall effectiveness.

Learning methods
This is a highly participative programme in which delegates will be expected to share with their colleagues’ issues that they currently see as being key to their business area.
Much of the 2 days will be spent in small groups where participants will develop ways of working together through a series of team tasks. At the end of each task they will receive feedback on their contribution and how they you work with others. Coaching will also be given in areas like relationship building and influencing skills.
