PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
This workshop will enable participants to effectively manage the projects and project teams they are responsible for.
The course will encompass the 'hard skills' of planning, monitoring, risk and so on, as well as the 'soft skills' of leading project teams including team development, delegating, communicating and negotiating. It will also include areas like managing the ‘life cycle’ of a team and conflict resolution.
